How much does it cost to hire SPCC for my engagement party?
Venue hire is free for all members. All we ask for a £100 deposit which is refundable if there are no damages to the property or additional charges incurred. Be sure to take a look at our Terms and Conditions before booking.
Not a member?
You must be a member to make a venue booking, however, you can easily join and enjoy free venue hire at SPCC.
What’s more, as a new member booking a function, you can take advantage of our promotional offer. Save 60% and pay just £10 for your first annual membership when booking a function with SPCC.

What is included in my engagement party venue hire?
When hiring SPCC for your engagement party, you will have access to an array of great facilities including a staffed bar, dancefloor, stage area and large free car park.
Do you provide catering?
Yes, we do. We can provide catering from £8.50 per person. Alternatively, you can provide your own food, but please be aware that we charge £25 for you to do so. Please speak to the bar steward on the enquiry for catering options. We kindly ask that if you would like us to supply food for your special occasion, that you inform us at least 2 weeks prior to your booking.
Can I bring my own alcohol to the party?
We understand that an engagement party is a special celebration and that special bottle of champers that you have been saving is the perfect occasion to pop the cork. All we ask is that you ensure that you pay a corkage fee per bottle and arrange this prior to arrival with the bar steward.
Anyone found bringing alcohol onto the premises without paying the corkage fee may be asked to leave.
Can I decorate the venue?
Of course! We welcome balloons and banners etc so that you can really wow your guests and make the evening feel extra special.
Can I book a DJ?
Yes, we have a small stage area perfect for DJs and bands as well as a dancefloor so that you can dance the night away.
