Here at SPCC, we offer a different approach to Christmas parties. Rather than a Christmas party package, our space is available to hire for £120, giving you an affordable and flexible option to design a Christmas party around your business or family’s needs. Maybe you’ll book a band and hire a caterer. Or perhaps you’ll host a Christmas-themed murder mystery night. You could book a DJ to host a Christmas disco, offering your guests prosecco and mince pies on arrival. Really, it’s up to you!
Our space offers a blank canvas to work, with a festive touch and all the great facilities needed to host a fantastic Christmas party.
For starters, we’ve got a bar, which is fully serviced by our friendly bar staff. Our venue features a spacious function room including a dancefloor, perfect for dancing the night away, a stage area ideal for DJ’s and small bands as well as plenty of tables and chairs.
The Christmas Party venue hire includes the use of a staffed bar. Our friendly and helpful bar staff will be on hand to serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout your birthday party. We serve a selection of ales, wine, spirits, tea and coffee and soft drinks. We can also provide a welcome drink package, starting from £4.50 per person. Please enquire on booking.
For those who would like to enjoy an alcoholic beverage or two and catch a taxi home at the end of the evening, cars can be left in the car park overnight. Please do be aware that we do not accept liability for cars parked within the car park.
Dance your Christmas Party night away on the dance floor. Hire a DJ or live band to entertain your guests throughout the night, or use our speaker system, which can be connected to a phone or tablet. Other facilities include a projector screen and TV screen as well as a microphone system.
Whether you’re looking for a small gathering or a large venue for up to 100 guests, our venue can accommodate for your Christmas Party needs. We can seat up to 60 people.

SPCC is located just off of junction 7 of the M27 in Hedge End and a stone’s throw away from neighbouring villages Botley, West End, Horton Heath and Fair Oak. We are just outside of Southampton and commutable from Portsmouth and Winchester. Hedge End train station is just a 10-minute drive away. If you or your guests are travelling from further afield and are looking for somewhere to stay, both the Holiday Inn Express Southampton and Hilton at the Ageas Bowl are a 10-minute drive up the road.
It costs £120 to hire SPCC for your function, plus a £200 deposit. The Deposit is refunded after the party, should there be no damages to the property or any charges incurred (please see full terms and conditions.)

You must be a member to make a venue booking, however, you can easily join and enjoy all of the fantastic benefits of being a member at SPCC including monthly members’ nights and events throughout the year.

If the date you would like to book and the date available is a match we will ask for a £200 deposit on booking. This deposit is refundable should there be no damages to the property and minimum spend is met (have a look through the T’s & C’s). Please be aware that we cannot hold booking dates without taking the full deposit amount.
