Christmas party venue hire costs
£120 hire fee
It costs £120 to hire SPCC for your function, plus a £200 deposit. The Deposit is refunded after the party, should there be no damages to the property or any charges incurred (please see full terms and conditions.)
What does the £120 hire cost include?
Our booking fee covers the costs associated with function room hire and includes:
- Exclusive hire of the main function room (including set up time before the party)
- Staffed Bar – a member of staff will be on hand throughout your function to serve you and your guests.
- Membership – you must be a member to book a function at SPCC. The hire fee covers the cost of a single membership at SPCC
- Music licence costs – we must pay a music licence fee to allow you to play music at your event (including music from DJs, bands and through our audio system). This cost is covered by your booking fee.
- If you are planning on hosting more than 40 guests, you’ll need an extra member of bar staff. This costs an extra £40.
Not a member?
You must be a member to make a venue booking, however, you can easily join and enjoy all of the fantastic benefits of being a member at SPCC including monthly members’ nights and events throughout the year.
